Once you’ve chosen your choir and sent us your submission form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This will include key dates and instructions for you to follow.
Crisis will then contact you to arrange the payment of your donation and ask for a high resolution (300 dpi) version of your company logo. Once we have your logo, we can finish building your personalised e-card.
We will then send you an email with an internet link, which you can click on and view your finished e-card. You can then send this link to all your clients. See “how to send the e-card” section for more details.
Why are we putting your e-card on a webpage? Most companies use email services like outlook hotmail or yahoo, which don’t display embedded video content. So it’s more practical to host the video on a webpage and send people the link on an email.

Crisis at Christmas will arrange the adverts and the ecard and will charge a fee + VAT at the commercial price as shown above. You can then donate the remainder of your Christmas card budget to Crisis UK.
